After buying her first home (without representation) from a FSBO (For Sale By Owner ) who was a Real Estate Attorney, Tammy decided that no one should ever go through that experience! It was shortly after that in 2004 that she obtained her Real Estate Salesman License, and continued on to obtain her Broker License in 2005. Tammy has experienced the Real Estate expansion and Charlotte's growth since moving here in 1995. These 15 years of living in Charlotte have provided her with relationships and friendships all over the Queen City that really coin the phrase "it is who you know not what you know"...Luckily, with Tammy, there is depth to the "what you know".  With not only a Broker's license, Tammy is also certified as an ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent), Quality Service Certified and Ninja certified as well.

   With  over 9 years of  Real Estate  experience and consistent success, the numbers speak for themselves. Yet it's the accolades from clients, associates and peers that truly measure her success. Tammy has been awarded the distinctive award for outstanding customer service 3 years in a row. She is a trusted, loyal, resourceful, dedicated professional. As a mother of  2 young children, she is plugged into Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools as well as extra curricular activities for children. Tammy is also a very active member of Forest Hill Church and spends her free time in stewardship,serving and transforming this great city of Charlotte.  When she is not working you might just catch her at a Carolina Panthers game or a Charlotte Bobcat's game as she is a die hard fan of both professional home town teams.
